Pre-Sales:
Getting Carver Water onto bid lists
Reaching out to prospective clients, sending documents and brochures to potential clients and informing them of our basic capabilities
Participating in bid meetings and taking notes
Facilitating the proposal generation and submittal process
Project execution:
Being an integral part of selecting and hiring contractors and selecting vendors
Project management
Coordinating and ensuring the proper shipment of goods,
Planning, Coordinating and ensuring the proper installation or repair of water treatment systems and equipment
Handling communications with our vendors and clients.
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary
Conducting project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
Identifying and managing project risks and issues
Maintaining project documentation and records
Coordinating employee activities and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Collaborating with other departments or stakeholders to achieve project goals
Maintaining accurate project financial records and preparing financial reports
Providing training and support to project team members
Conducting research and analysis to support project decision-making

1. Educational Background: Associate’s degree
2. Relevant Work Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in water treatment, environmental services, or a related industry.
• Experience in a client-facing role, dealing with customer service or account management, particularly in a technical or engineering context.
3. Technical Knowledge and Skills:
• Basic understanding of water treatment systems and processes OR demonstration of mechanical and technical know how.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and standards in the water treatment industry.
4. Project Management Skills:
• Proven ability in scheduling, planning, and managing projects.
• Competency in using project management software and tools.
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
